4 Proven Methods On How To Lift Your Breast

Still no luck in looking for the proven tip on how to lift your breast? I get ya. As a mother of two whose twinnies deteriorated big time after giving birth, I know exactly how you feel.

But the good news is, there are actually working methods to get perky boobs. Yup, I tried them all. Some of these provide instant results albeit highly temporary while others may last a little longer.

So here they are, arranged according to the easiest (well, at least for me).

1. Invest in the right bra

This is a no-brainer choice if you want to get an instant bust lift. However, please remember that not all bras are created equally. If you don’t know which style to pick, how to optimize its purpose, or how to take of it, might as well not wear one.

So how do you lift your breast using a bra?

Bra paddings

A lot of bras nowadays are padded AKA push-up bras, so take advantage of them. And mind ya, they work wonders.

If you don’t have the budget to get new ones, you can always buy inserts. They’re available almost everywhere.

When choosing which type of insert to buy, I find the silicone ones the perfect choice. They’re almost natural to the touch and they don’t get deformed, unlike the foam types.

If you still don’t have money to buy inserts, get two small socks in your drawer, fold them nicely, and use them as your pads. But you have to make sure they don’t create uneven bulges.

Bra strap

If you have a convertible bra, changing the strap style to the halter one gives your breasts an instant lift. However, make sure that your shirt or dress won’t reveal the straps once you put them on.

The downside of the halter style, for me though, is that it strains the neck, particularly when worn for a long time.

If you find it annoying, too, you can go for the criss-cross style instead.

Another alternative to the halter strap is the DIY racerback. To do this find a paperclip or a short velcro then use it to hold both of your bra straps together.

You may place it in the middle or top of the straps, depending on how dramatic the changes you desire.

Having the right fit is not a surprising tip. Wear something too tight and it hurts your chest; too loose and your boobs look even saggier.

However, I’ve talked to a significant number of women who don’t know exactly if they’re wearing the right fit.

So I did a little research for you and found this online bra size checker by one of the biggest names in lingerie industry-Victoria’s Secret.

Once you find the right size for you, you’ll instantly see how “lifted” your boobies are.

Another tip on how to lift your breast instantly is to wear at least two bras at a time. The first layer should be the one that fits you perfectly while the second and succeeding ones should be a bit bigger than your size.


If you’re going braless because of a dress or shirt you are planning to wear, then a tape may come to the rescue.

But be careful!

It can’t be just any tape. It should be strong and adhesive enough without hurting your skin. Two tapes I highly recommend are gaffer tape and sports tape.

They may be uncomfy but, hey, they do the job and that’s what matters, right?

If you’re planning to use it longer, say you still have an afterparty to go to, use a specially designed tape for this.

Also, remember:

Duct tapes are definitely off the table.

Using tape depends on the dress you’re wearing.

  • If wearing one with a plunging neckline, apply the tape from underneath your breast then the other end onto your shoulder. Apply as much tape as necessary.
  • If wearing strapless or backless clothes, apply the tape from the outside of your breast to the other. Apply as much tape as needed. Make sure your nipples are covered.

In both of these scenarios, you have to lift your breasts before applying these adhesives.

It may sound weird, but eating certain types of food can actually lift your breast. Not by a significant degree, though. But there sure are changes.

Some food you can invest in are nuts, soybeans, fish, and pumpkin seeds. These are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids.

Avocado and eggs, on the other hand, are rich in monosaturated fat that promotes breast tissue growth.

Broccoli, cabbage, kale, watermelon, and whole grains are necessary to maintain healthy tissue.

If you’re a fan of cosmetics, I’m pretty sure you know that a few highlights here and there can give your boobies an instant lift.

  • For a natural lift, all you need is a shimmering highlighter applied on the top part to the inside of your breasts. This will give you a subtle boost especially around the cleavage area.
  • For more dramatic lift, use a contour a few shades darker than your skin and a matte highlighting stick. Apply the contour on the inside and top of your breasts and on the top and bottom of your collarbones.

Trace the lines with the highlighting stick and blend them carefully.
